The actual cost of a Home Inspection varies so much that it would be nearly impossible to list it here. My pricing generally starts at approximately $225 for a Condo and go up from there and what additional inspection they require. I price the home inspection depending on the type of home and the square feet of the home plus other variables but never the selling price of the home. 100 Day Limited Warranty
You will receive a Limited Warrantee with every Home Inspection at NO additional cost to you. The coverage starts at the date and time of the Home Inspection. If the closing is beyond the 100 days the warranty will be extended an additional 21 days. All of the documentation will be available at the inspection.
Don't forget the extra services that are offered additional to the home inspection like, Radon testing is $135 by itself or $100 if combined with the Home Inspection, and Mold Testing. The Radon takes additional time because the test takes 48 hours to run the test and the results are available right away after the test is completed.
Normally a moderate home can be inspected in approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The time will vary depending on the type of home and many other factors that are too numerous to list at this time.
A 10% discount will be given to all active duty and reserve military personal, honorable discharged Veterans, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMT, and Paramedics. Proof will be required for the discount.
